We collect rugs from residences around Downtown Arlington Heights and the Arlington Park area, and from homes off Northwest Highway, Central Road and Arlington Heights Road. Each rug is identified, tracked and brought to our 10,000 sq ft workshop in Skokie, which is where the washing, drying, repair, restoration and final inspection are all carried out.

Arlington Heights is on our northwest suburbs route, with Wednesday as the typical route day, confirmed when you book. Appointments depend on route availability.
Insured pickup and delivery is free within 5 miles of our Skokie workshop or our St. Charles location, and $75 round trip beyond. On larger orders and restoration projects we may waive the transportation fee; we tell you at estimate.
The same typical Wednesday route, confirmed when you book, also serves Schaumburg, and Mount Prospect, Palatine and Rolling Meadows are Arlington Heights’ route neighbors.
What to confirm before pickup
Pickups in Arlington Heights are mostly from residential homes, and apartments and condos are served by arrangement. For a building, let us know ahead of time whether the elevator needs a reservation, where we can park or load, any rules the building sets for moving items in and out, and whether it requires a certificate of insurance.
For any address, tell us about stairs, and about a rug that is oversized or heavy, since those need advance notice and sometimes extra arrangements.
