We do not promise an invisible repair or a perfect color match. Oriental rug restoration is quoted after inspection, and an estimated timeframe follows once the scope is agreed.

We clean delicate and older handmade rugs by professional hand washing, adjusted to each piece: inspection, dust removal, a fiber and dye assessment, the wash, rinsing, controlled drying and a final inspection. Full immersion is part of the wash only when construction and condition permit.
