Drop it off at our Skokie facility or our St. Charles location, and we handle everything — hand-cleaning at our Skokie workshop, and return to wherever you dropped it off. Free insured pickup is also available across Chicago’s North Shore and western suburbs, so area rug cleaning drop off and pickup and delivery are never an extra trip you have to plan around.

    Yes — we offer free insured pickup across Chicago's North Shore. Pickup is also available from the western suburbs via our St. Charles location.

    Most rugs are ready in 5–7 business days. Rush service is available for an additional fee — call to inquire when you drop off.
