Where can I drop off my rug?
Ahmadi Rug has two drop-off locations: our main facility in Skokie, IL, and our St. Charles location at 615 S. Randall Rd, Ste 104, St. Charles, IL 60174. Both accept drop-offs for cleaning, repair, and moth treatment.
Do you offer free rug pickup?
Yes — we offer free insured pickup across Chicago's North Shore. Pickup is also available from the western suburbs via our St. Charles drop-off location.
How long after drop-off will my rug be ready?
Most rugs are ready in 5–7 business days. Rush service is available for an additional fee — call to inquire when you drop off.
