What the Reserve collection is for
Reserve is pure silk — Mulberry silk pile on a silk foundation, hand-knotted at 450 to 560+ KPSI. At this density, the pile is finer than human hair. The light response changes with viewing angle, which is a property of silk pile that photography cannot capture. Each Reserve commission is documented from brief to delivery as a permanent record.
One or two Reserve commissions per year. Right for showhouse work, trophy residences, and collectors who want a documented portfolio piece. The specifying designer receives co-documentation — this rug will carry your name as well as ours.

Reserve collection — common questions
How long does a Reserve commission take?
The Reserve collection typically takes 36–52 weeks from brief approval to delivery. This includes design approval, yarn sampling, weaving, finishing, and blocking. The timeline starts when your design brief is approved — not when you first enquire.
What sizes are available?
We weave any size from 2×3 to 20×30 feet. Standard sizes are available from stock patterns; custom dimensions add 2–4 weeks. For unusual shapes — rounds, ovals, stair runners — contact Bobby to discuss.
Can I see samples before committing?
Yes. Trade partners receive the physical swatch library — 30-50 yarn samples, dye cards for 80 standard colorways, and weave density samples at multiple KPSI levels. Request the swatch library at /swatch-library.
How is trade pricing structured?
Approved trade partners see net pricing — the wholesale floor. You mark up however you choose. We never quote retail to your client. Apply for a trade account at /trade-partners.
