The Care Program formalizes what our best clients already do informally. One scheduled annual service per enrolled rug. A written condition report each time. Priority scheduling so you never have to wait. Three tiers because different rugs have different needs — a machine-made hallway runner needs something different from an antique Kashan in a formal sitting room.
Every enrolled rug gets a permanent record: baseline photography, annual condition notes, repair history. When you eventually sell, insure, or pass it on — that record has value.

Can I enroll a rug I didn't buy or clean through Ahmadi Rug?
Yes. Any rug can be enrolled. We start with a baseline inspection and condition photography at the first service, and build the record from there.
How is Care Program pricing calculated?
Pricing is per rug, per year, billed annually. Size and fiber type affect the base cleaning cost within the Standard and Conservator tiers. Contact Bobby for a specific quote for your collection.
Can I change tiers?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at the annual renewal. Prorated changes mid-year are available on request.
Is there a minimum commitment?
One year minimum. Most clients renew year over year — the condition record that builds over time is part of the value.
