2. Estimates and Pricing

3. Payment Terms

Unpaid balances may result in storage fees, delayed return, or legal collection actions.
4. Pickup, Delivery, and Storage
Pickup and delivery schedules are estimates and not guaranteed times.
Ahmadi Rug is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, access restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Rugs not picked up or accepted for delivery within 30 days of service completion may incur storage fees.
Rugs left unpaid or unclaimed for 90 days may be considered abandoned and handled in accordance with applicable law.
5. Risk of Damage and Limitations
Rugs are often fragile, aged, or previously damaged. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
Pre-existing wear, dry rot, dye instability, moth damage, odors, stains, or structural weaknesses may worsen despite proper care.
Cleaning or restoration may not fully remove stains, odors, or discoloration.
Some risks are inherent and unavoidable in rug care.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ahmadi Rug’s liability is limited to the lesser of the fair market value of the rug or the amount paid for the service performed.
6. Insurance and Claims
Any claim for damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
Failure to notify us within this period constitutes acceptance of the work as satisfactory.
Photographic documentation may be required for claims.
