Wonderful! My handmade rug was restored and cleaned beautifully after having been on my floor for over 20 years with pets! The sides of my heirloom rug had been damaged from cats and the fringe was uneven and falling out from decades of vacuuming. I had almost considered it beyond repair and was so surprised when It was rolled out in front of me after the cleaning and restoration! Very happy with the service, as well.. Responsive and professional!

Highly recommend for silk rug cleaning! We had a silk rug that needed a deep clean as well as glue removal and we could not be happier with the results. Also, Bobby was very communicative throughout the whole process and answered questions as needed!

We had two rugs that were gifted to us, we could tell they were nice quality but we didn’t know what we had. We called Ahmadi, and Bobby was so incredibly helpful. Just by sending him pictures he was able to tell us about the quality and history of the rug, as well as their value (which was a very welcome surprise). Ahmadi cleaned the rugs for us which was a lovely experience (the whole family are so nice) and they did a wonderful job, transforming the rugs, at a fair price too. I have been looking everywhere for rug cleaning service that would bring my rug back to its base condition. I have tried everything from steam cleaning to dry cleaning and nothing worked!! I contacted Ahmadi rug cleaning service and they did an absolutely fantastic job. The price was reasonable, the communication was outstanding and the end result was absolutely amazing. He even po led up the rug and delivered it back to me. This is the only device I will be using in the future.

These guys are artisans with hand woven rugs. They reworked and transformed my old, beaten down, persian rug into a new rug, which importantly doesn't look "repaired" but rather restored to its original look.

We needed a few rugs cleaned and repaired. Bobby did a great job over the phone explaining everything and actually was able to come over on the same day to pick up the rugs. It’s easy to see that he knows his stuff and really cares about what he does. He brought them back as promised- even earlier! My 30+ year-old, kilim, and Persian rugs look brand new! The colors are so much brighter and beautiful as I remember them. Also, Bobby and his team took such care putting my furniture back with the rugs underneath. I also ordered custom rig pads, which fit so well under the rugs- no more constant adjusting needed! Highly recommend!

I wish there were six stars given for service that was beyond outstanding and rug cleaning that was as top of the line as you can get. I have a designer hand loomed one of a kind rug that I was always afraid to clean until finding Ahmadi Rug. They have cleaned it two years in a row and each time they bring it back, it looks like new.I also am a very high maintenance customer, have chemical sensitivities and cannot handle fragrances of any kind. For some reason, there seemed to be a fragrance in the second rug that I had Ahmadi clean. Bobby was so supportive of my issue. He came back, picked it up, cleaned it again and not only brought it back without a smell, but also gave me a new rug pad since he was concerned for me that the smell could have gotten into that.I have dealt with many businesses in many situations, but have never had service like this ever. I give Ahmadi Rug the highest possible rating!

Outstanding service. Bobby was my contact for a large area rug we had cleaned. He was communicative, on time, polite, informative and a pleasure to work with. I had a rug that I really liked but it had a coffee stain that would not come out. So I decided maybe I could get the rug resized. I did a google search and found Ahmadi rugs which is right in the area. They came out told me they could do what I wanted and took my rug. The results were amazing! Ahmadi Rug offers amazing service for area rug cleaning and repair. Our lovely german Shepherd thought our rugs were chewing toys when we left the house without her. She outgrew it but I was mortified every time I saw the rugs, Finally decided to call and see about cleaning and repairs. Sent pictures and asked for prices. They came out the same day to pick up the rugs and explain the process. As advertised, they returned the rugs the following week and were beyond perfection. If you search carefully you may be able to see a repair, the colors in the rugs seem so vibrant again. I cannot say enough positive things about this very professional company. Additionally, they were kind and patient with my questions and their explanations.

Bobby at Ahmadi Rug helped us save our 10’x14’ white hand-woven rug when we almost gave up on cleaning it. He responded very quickly to our call and scheduled the visit for pickup right away. He and his team showed up at our door on time the next day, and carefully examined and explained the cause of stains and how he would clean those stains (e.g. slow drying could cause yellow stain). The whole process was transparent; the service was professional and above our expectation (they finished my rug within 3 business days). Before the service, our rug was yellow-ish, with lots of dirty water in it when we tried to clean it ourselves; after the service, it is now white, clean, and it smells great! 10/10 would recommend and I will call Ahmadi Rug again next time 🙂

I am very disappointed with the result of my rug. I had a stain on it that I specifically asked them if they can remove and they said they could do it. Not only is the stain still there, but they charged me for cleaning the entire rug instead of the stain alone. It was my mistake for not unrolling the rug and checking first before taking it back.

An all around exceptional experience from the first email to the final rug drop off.Wish I would have know what a great job they did at the start because I would have saved them a few trips and given them all 9 of my rugs at one haha! I ended up having Ahmadi come out 3 separate times for rug pickup (~ 9 Persian rugs in total). The rugs carried sentimental value so I was initially hesitant with having them all cleaned at once with a company I had not worked with before.I knew I made the right decision instantly when I saw the appreciation and care this team took in packaging the rugs as they took them for cleaning.Rugs came back like new, including the ones with stains I doubt would ever come out. I hired Ahmadi rugs to clean two area rugs I had in storage for years. One of them had pet urine that I cleaned as best I could at the time of the incident. Not doing a good job, I rolled it up and put it in storage. Years later, I took it out last week to try to wash it again outside since it was a hot day, the sun would dry it up. Still could smell the odor. That's when I called Ahmadi - based on the reviews given. Everything said is true. After quoting me a very reasonable price, I added my other rug to be cleaned. This quote included pick-up and drop off! Friendly, professional and courteous! After they dropped my rugs off, I rolled out the one that had the pet odor. NO more smell!!! So happy with their service. I have 2 other rugs that are handmade and much more expensive. I will DEFINITELY call Ahmadi when it is time to get them cleaned.

I have a beautiful Turkish rug, my “pride and joy”, that suffered some wear and tear from being in a high traffic area of my home. I also wanted to have the rug professionally cleaned. I chose Ahmadi Rug because of their great reviews and an easy drive from where I live.From start to finish the process was easy. They are open on Saturday, which is also a huge help. The owners did a good job explaining to me the work that needed to be done and how much it would cost (not as much as I thought). They finished the work quickly, though I was not able to come get the rug for another week (which they were cool about)Now I have my “pride and joy” back and am so happy. I had such a positive experience with Ahmadi Rug— I would recommend them to anyone!

The only place to bring your rugs to in the country!I found Admadi Rugs in Skokie via google after my condo was extensively flooded December of 2022. My oriental rugs were sitting in flood water for over a week. I knew I needed a professional rug service. My initial contact with Admadi Rug was reassuring that I have found the right place to take care of my rugs. They did such a wonderful job, I decided to bring them my damage rugs from my Florida home. One had extensive moth damage. Most would have said its destroyed. The Admadi family worked to restore as much of the rug as possible that had very high sentimental value to me. They did such a great job, I’ve brought my other rugs from Florida for them to repair and clean. Admadi Rugs is outstanding! Very responsive to your needs. Mr. And Mrs. Admadi and their son Bobby are friendly and very professional with excellent skills and experience in cleaning, repairing, and evaluating any oriental rugs. I will always bring my rugs to Admadi Rugs in Skokie, Illinois.

I love this place! The warmest and nicest people and they did a wonderful job on my 10yr old Pottery Barn rugs. Price was very affordable. They are skilled in the highest end, antique and vintage rugs of all kinds, but my little PB rugs were treated with the same skilled care. Ask for a cup of Iranian tea when you go!

Ahmadi Rug did an amazing job repairing a prominent tear in my hand-knotted rug. The rug was damaged while we were moving into our new house. Babak and his team were incredibly professional and courteous, and repaired the carpet within 2 days. The carpet looks brand new. I cannot even tell where the tear used to be! Ahmadi rug was able to get my 40+ year old homemade shag rug looking brand new and was able to give a pad so the rug wouldn’t slide on my hardwood floors, the service was quick and they were able to hold the rug till it was convenient for me to pick it up.
